Let's first have a brief chat over the phone to see which package is appropriate for your unique career situation/needs and to see if we are a good coaching match.
Payment of your invoice is then made, initial assessments sent to you, our first consultation is booked and we then meet for our first session.
Other consultations are then planned and booked according to the time remaining on your particular package.
When you are ready, give me the green light and I am ready to work with you.
When you make the decision to work with me, I am with you 100% to getting the career solution you want.
Totally up to you, you are in control of the process. Some clients can complete in a few weeks, few months, it depends on what else is happening in your life, eg: children, holidays, work etc.
I am totally flexible and work around you and your specific needs.
If you have been procrastinating a while, get clarity and direction for the first time in your career life will be a huge benefit to you. You won’t waste your life wondering what you should do.

Office Location / Availability
My office is based in the Sydney CBD at Level 5, 115 Pitt Street Sydney. Because of COVID-19, I am no longer consulting from the city office but working from my home office delivering the consultations via the Zoom online platform. It is business as usual. You will receive the same high standard premium service via the online platform.
I am available 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Saturday mornings are available but you need to book early as spots are limited. Because of COVID-19, I work online via Skype or Zoom so there is more availability during the week as I don't need to travel to the city office.
Please note from 16th September 2021, I will not be taking on new client appointments. If you wish to be placed on a waiting list, please fill in your details via the Contact Us form and I will contact you when I resume new client appointments.
I work with individuals anywhere around Australia and the World via Zoom or Skype. My mission is to deliver accessible world-class Career Development & Career Management Services to all.
Package Costs / Payment
My packages do not compete on price so if you want a budget service I'm not the career adviser for you. I have a comprehensive value packed service giving you the skills and knowledge to get a solution to your career problem immediately.
Packages vary in cost and depend on your unique needs, age, level of work experience and how the package is delivered. Connect with me by phone or the contact us form and let me understand what you need and I can then give you a cost based on the best solution tailored to you.

If you are after some quick career advice on the go, please see my On-Demand Career Advice service where you can have your burning career questions answered. You can book and pay for this service online. Please note that career advice on career change and what career direction to go in is not covered by this On-Demand Career Service.
After our initial chat, the right career solution package will be invoiced which can be paid by Direct Debit or by Credit Card via Paypal. We can then start working together immediately.
I am university qualified with Graduate Diploma in Career Development where I attained a High Distinction average. My Professional Development is always up to date attending the latest conferences, seminars and researching current issues that affect careers today, to ensure my client’s benefit from my up to date knowledge to make informed career decisions.
I am a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) who is a member of (CICA) Career Industry Council of Australia, the Peak National Body for the Career Industry, bound by the Professional Standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners. I am also a professional member of the National Career Development Association in the USA. This should be at the top of your checklist as you have peace of mind that you are working with a professional who is bound by standards of ethical conduct both in Australia and the USA. You will be working with a fully qualified career advisor, career coach & career counsellor in the area of your Career Development & Career Management.
I have years of experience giving career guidance and advice to clients including students starting their careers, gifted individuals and career changers in their 30s, 40s and 50s.
