How do your packages work?

Let's first have a brief chat over the phone to see which package is appropriate for your unique career situation/needs and to see if we are a good coaching match.

Payment of your invoice is then made, initial assessments sent to you, our first consultation is booked and we then meet online for our first session.

Other consultations are then planned and booked according to the time remaining on your particular package.

My packages do not compete on price. I offer a premium comprehensive service giving you a solution of career clarity and career direction within a realistic time frame according to your age and career situation.

Each client is unique, and I listen closely to what you need, so fees vary from client to client, rather than following a generic price list. I take into account your age, level of work experience, specific life circumstances and any other specific needs that need extra support . As a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner (RPCDP, CICA), I will recommend the right program and fee for you at your free initial telephone chat.

Qualifications

What are your qualifications in Career Development?

I am university qualified with a Graduate Diploma in Career Development where I attained a High Distinction average. My Professional Development is always up to date attending the latest Australian and International career conferences including the USA, Canada & Asia Pacific Region, seminars and researching current issues that affect careers today, to ensure my client’s benefit from my up-to-date knowledge to make informed career decisions.

I am a registered & fully qualified professional Career Development Practitioner with the Career Industry Council of Australia- the National Peak Body in Australia for the Career Industry. Please look up my current registration at https://cica.org.au/register/membership/search. This gives you peace of mind that you are working with a professional within the Career Industry. I am also a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and a professional member of the National Career Development Association in the USA & the Asia Pacific Career Development Association. This should be at the top of your checklist as you have peace of mind that you are working with a professional who is bound by standards of ethical conduct both in Australia, the USA & Asia Pacific area. You will be working with a fully qualified career advisor, career coach & career counsellor in the area of your Career Development & Career Management.

I have years of experience giving career guidance and advice to clients including students starting their careers, gifted individuals and career changers in their 30s, 40s and 50s.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, and Saturday, 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.
